I want to show you how chocolate, pasta, pizza and bread can be incorporated into your diet daily and still achieve incredible results. It’s all about enjoyment and no restrictions so a flexible meal plan with a variety of foods is key. Your nutrition plan will be tailored specifically for you and you only. The plan will include your calories and macros to suit your goal as well as a variety of recipes and meals for your personal macros and calories all available via the app.

My mission is to help those around me feel healthy, strong and powerful together. I launched Energise Online Coaching so I could help as many women as possible feel empowered and energised. I have been a level 3 NASM qualified personal trainer since August 2018, offering a range of services from1-2-1’s to 2-2-1’s, groups of 3’s and small semi private group training of 4-6 people, as well as nutrition guidance.
