This isn’t about restriction or doing things that don’t feel right – it’s about syncing with your body, moving with confidence, and feeling good from the inside out. You’ll get access to training that works with your cycle, nourishing recipes, and my app which includes habit tracking, a food scanner, shopping lists, and everything you need to stay consistent. About Me

I founded Energise Online Coaching with a mission to create a supportive environment where women can thrive and achieve the progress they’ve always desired. Throughout my own health and fitness journey, I noticed that the female cycle is often overlooked, yet it significantly impacts us throughout the month. I wanted to establish a space that empowers women to connect with their bodies and understand their cycles, enabling them to reach their goals and feel their best. Acknowledging that every woman and cycle is unique, I ensure that all plans, guidance, and support are personalised, helping each individual harness her strengths and cultivate a deeper awareness of her physical and emotional well-being.

Freya

From face to face client experience to training to be a dietician, Freya brings vast knowledge to the team to help clients achieve their goals. Her BSc (Hons) Nutrition and Exercise as Medicine qualification gives her a greater understanding of the client to help them enhance their overall wellness & maintain balance whilst working towards their goals.

Phillipa

With a degree in psychology & experience as a face to face personal trainer, Phillipa offers a holistic approach to the team that goes beyond just physical training. Her understanding of the human mind, behaviour, & motivation allows her to connect with clients on a deeper level, helping not only to improve performance but also overall well-being.

Grace

With a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness, Grace's years of hands-on experience have honed her skills in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals effectively. Grace's extensive background in the industry equips her with valuable insights and strategies to support our clients in reaching their full potential in & out of the gym.
